At each of the 11  “Me Meetings” you will discover more of who you really are at your core. The meetings consist of references from Anatomy and Physiology, Scientific References, Spirituality, Neurology, and much more. Each meeting delves deeper and deeper into humanity and the purpose of life…YOUR LIFE. Each member experiences their life through his/her personal notebook and pen, worksheets, drawings, etc.

My personal story helped me realize that there is a solution to a happier life and the solution is me.

The more we explore and ask ourselves the question “Who am I?” the more our answers will be revealed to us. That is exactly what it will take to create a better and a more improved quality of life. HOPE | Home tO PurposE offers an 11-week solution generating ultimate life balance in an intimate group training process.

With your purchase of the “Who Am I, Really? Me Meetings” you will be donating to HOPE and supporting the development of additional solutions to create a more improved and balanced life for yourself and our world.

With each “Me Meeting” you will discover significant and relevant information related to the human psyche. Similar to building muscles in your body, time and effort are a requirement. For 11 weeks you will experience consistent and reliable information that will allow you to build more conscious habits, “mental muscles”. The course integrates “actions” into the learning process, by “doing” what we say we are going to do we can greatly improve our lives. Motivation, inspiration and accountability are a must to ensure the transformational process will succeed.

Our brains are resilient to change as we focus and project our wants in order to embed new neurological pathways and create new habits. That doesn’t mean that changing and transforming your life will be an easy task to perform. Humans are created to operate on automatic, using what we have already learned about ourselves and our environment as we encrypt our EATs (Emotions, Actions, and Thoughts) that will guide us in life.

The body saves its energies by using our default automated system even if the “default” actually uses up most of our energy, it is simply what we are used to and our neurology has been created from our habit. In other words, it’s just convenient for us. The “Me Meetings” will provide different perspectives to common human automation as each participant becomes more conscious of their “comfort zone”, their automation, to plan for a more improved and balanced life.

Sometimes, you have to lose yourself to find yourself; “who you really are”. The “Me Meetings” course creates a platform and the support needed to be able to do just that and to gain consciousness of your true authentic self in the process.

Me Meeting 1: How can I set and actually accomplish my goals?

Knowing where we are right now, where we want to go and taking the appropriate steps to get there is what Life Compass is all about. We will begin by asking ourselves “what are my goals in life? using the 8 dominant aspects of life as a basis to answer the questions:

Where I am now,

Where I want to be and

How I will get there?

Each question is an intricate part of the whole and compliments the other. This course entails planning, setting and accomplishing your goals from season to season. You will define your personal goals in the first meeting which serves as a “starting point” for the upcoming “Me Meetings”. The tools as well as the accountability needed to create your reality and make your goals come to life will be reviewed and discussed throughout the entire 11-week course.

Me Meeting 2: Who Are You, Really?

You will discover the 4-layer Environment~Body~Soul:Mind~Spirit diagram for greater understanding of who we really are. To make a change/transformation we need to understand why we are making the change. We will learn the technique and basis of who we really are including content from psychology, neuroscience and simple consciousness to name a few.

Me Meeting 3: How can I transform my life?

You will discover the questions you should ask yourself to catapult your personal awareness and development and why night-time is the most significant and optimal time for self-study and rapid transformation.

Me Meeting 4: How do I “get to know” my authentic-self/the true me?

Many of our core beliefs and values were created and were influenced during our childhood years. We will learn how and why in order to discover just who we are right now. To be able to “get to know” our inner and true-self more closely we will pay more attention to the happenings of our lives. Transformational processes are created by focus on what exists in the present in order to create a new and more conscious perspective and life for our future.

Me Meeting 5: What is Freedom?

Life happens and we respond in turn. Our lives are based on the happenings of our past, our now and the creation of our future. In this “Me Meeting” you will learn to be more grateful and forgiving for the person you have become and will experience and learn about a thought and energy freedom/release tool that enhances lives through creating more positive Emotions, Actions, and Thoughts (EATs).

Me Meetings 6 & 7: What are my top core values?

In this meeting, we will recognize our supreme core values. Those same core values that guide you in decision making and in every Emotion you feel, Action you take and the Thought you think (EATs). It takes both sides of the battery to generate energy; the “+” and the “-“ are represented in our values. The positive (+) cannot exist without the negative (-) and the negative could not exist without the positive. Our values guide us in life just like a compass, becoming aware of your top core values will support you in navigating and creating a better life for yourself.

Me Meeting 8: What is my Life Meaning and Purpose?

Life is full of meaning and purpose. Discovering your Life meaning and purpose through the happenings of your day-to-day life is the goal of this session.

Me Meeting 9: What obstacles do I face and what strengths do I possess?

Our obstacles can motivate us or cause us to procrastinate. Our individual and specific strengths can guide and support us in order to channel our weaknesses and navigate our specific life to the destination we choose for ourselves. The more we know our strengths and obstacles, the more we become familiar with the “map of our life” and from there we can navigate our life to more conscious and wanted destinations.

Me Meeting 10: What does my future hold?

In this “Me Meeting” you will connect your goals with your future through writing exercises and guided imagery. “If you can dream it you can do it .” ~Walt Disney

Me Meeting 11: Who Am I, Really?

The last meeting in the 11-week series strengthens and connects all that you have discovered during “Me Meetings” for a better and more conscious overall identity. You will understand more clearly the connection between each and every meeting and the toolbox you have created while taking responsibility to improve your life.
